01 · Colours & Finishes
Quiet frame or architectural statement.
Frame colour can disappear into the wall or become a deliberate line around the view. Consider exterior cladding, interior trim, roof colour and long-term maintenance together.
The current in-stock colour literature includes the selections shown below. Availability varies by product, finish method and project timing. Screen colours are approximate.

Dark frames create stronger contrast and can emphasize geometry. Softer neutrals tend to blend with trim and interior finishes. Always review a physical sample before final approval.

02 · Glass
The biggest surface in the product does the most work.
Glass affects daylight, solar heat gain, winter comfort, privacy, safety and the overall energy performance of the opening. The right package depends on orientation, room use, product series and project requirements.
Low-E + Argon
Low-emissivity coatings and gas-filled insulated units can improve thermal performance and help manage heat transfer through the glazing.
Confirm the Low-E surface and package for the selected series.Double or Triple Glazing
Some product families support different insulated-glass thicknesses. Triple glazing can provide an additional performance path where the frame and project support it.

Privacy-oriented glass can bring daylight into bathrooms, entries and feature areas while reducing direct visibility.

LoE-180®
A high-solar-gain Low-E option suited to applications where useful winter solar heat is part of the design strategy.
LoE²-270®
A year-round Low-E option that adds solar control while maintaining a bright, clear appearance.
LoE³-366®
A stronger solar-control coating for projects seeking lower solar heat gain while preserving useful visible light.
LoE-i89®
An interior-surface coating used in compatible glazing make-ups to further reduce heat transfer through the glass.
Neat® Glass
A coated glass option designed to help loosen exterior organic dirt so normal rainfall can assist with cleaning.
Preserve™ Film
Factory-applied protective film can help protect glass from construction dirt and incidental surface marking before final removal.
Endur® IG
An insulating-glass construction option used with warm-edge spacer technology as part of the complete glass package.
Glass technologies and make-ups are not automatically available in every thickness, series or configuration. Confirm the current approved package for the exact window or door.

The part you touch every day should feel resolved.
Hardware changes with operating style. Rather than treating handles and locks as isolated accessories, coordinate operation, finish, accessibility and screen requirements with the complete product.
Operators + Locks
Crank operation, locking points and screens work together. Handle projection and finish should be considered early around blinds and interior trim.
Pulls + Latches
Low-profile hardware supports clean sightlines and simple daily operation while coordinating with removable or fixed screen arrangements.
Handles + Locking
Door hardware should match panel weight, handing, screen strategy and the way the opening is used from both sides.
System-Specific Hardware
Folding and lift-slide systems use specialized operating and locking components selected around panel layout and opening configuration.
Hardware finish availability varies by series.
We will confirm compatible handles, operators, locks, hinges and screen options after the exact window or door system is selected.
04 · Grilles & Screens
Small lines can change the whole elevation.
Grille patterns influence architectural character while screens affect everyday ventilation and views. Both should be selected with the window style rather than added as an afterthought.
Illustrations show design concepts, not guaranteed stock configurations. Confirm grille type, width, colour and compatibility for the selected product.
05 · Configuration
Build the opening around how the space needs to work.
Custom sizing gives you more freedom to combine fixed glass, ventilation, special shapes and door panels around the architecture rather than forcing the project into a standard stock opening.

Combine ventilation where you need it with larger uninterrupted fixed glass.
Bay & Bow
Create projection, depth and broader views using coordinated multi-window compositions where supported.
Special Shapes
Use geometric or architectural shapes to respond to roof lines, feature walls and custom elevations.
Door Panel Layouts
Coordinate handing, panel count, stacking direction and access patterns around circulation and furniture.
