The 200 Series is a non-thermal commercial entrance door built around a narrow 2⅛ inch vertical stile, designed for projects where a slimmer sightline is preferred without giving up commercial-grade durability. It is fabricated with a Heavy Duty Slide-in Interlocking corner block, which keeps the door square and rigid over years of daily use. Bottom rail options of 4 inch or 9½ inch and top rail options of 2¼ inch or 4 inch let the door be configured for single or dual glazed glass infill depending on the project's glazing requirements.
300 Series Medium Stile Non-Thermal Door
A stronger visual profile for high-traffic entrances
Shares the same non-thermal construction as the 200 Series, but steps up to a wider 3¾ inch medium stile for a bolder, more substantial visual profile suited to heavier daily traffic.

The 300 Series shares the same non-thermal construction as the 200 Series — a Heavy Duty Slide-in Interlocking corner block, single or dual glazed glass infill and the same 4 inch or 9½ inch bottom rail and 2¼ inch or 4 inch top rail options — but steps up to a wider 3¾ inch medium stile for a bolder, more substantial visual profile. That added presence makes it well suited to entrances that see heavier daily traffic or where the design calls for a stronger frame line at the door.

Acro's tested thermally broken entrance door, built with a 3½ inch medium stile and a 2¼ inch overall door depth, engineered to deliver superior thermal performance and durability for modern commercial building systems.
- Polyamide 6.6 thermal break, 25% glass-fiber reinforced
- 6063-T6 aluminum, mechanically fastened with stainless steel fasteners
- EPDM gaskets throughout

The 400T is Acro's tested thermally broken entrance door, built with a 3½ inch (89mm) medium stile, 4 inch (102mm) top and bottom rail framing, and a 2¼ inch (57mm) overall door depth, with bottom rail options of 7½ inch (191mm) or 10 inch (254mm). Its thermal performance comes from a polyamide 6.6 thermal break reinforced with 25% glass fiber, running the full length of the frame, with optional foam insulation available to lower the standard U-value further when required. The system is mechanically fastened using stainless steel fasteners and sealed with EPDM gaskets, all built from 6063-T6 aluminum. It accepts 1 inch (25mm) insulated glass for double glazing or 1½ inch (38mm) insulated glass for triple glazing. Independent testing on a 1085 x 2222mm unit confirms CW-PG35 commercial performance class with a design pressure around 1680 Pa, air leakage of 0.35 to 0.87 L/s/m² at 75 Pa, zero water penetration, structural performance meeting DP50 (L/175 deflection limit, max 4.6mm), and 250,000 operation cycles tested to NAFS-22 and CSA A440, with QAI certification overall. The door is compatible with most storefront and curtain wall systems as well as standard commercial door hardware. Applications: commercial buildings, retail stores, institutions, healthcare facilities and residential buildings.
