01 · Start with what you know
Details that help with an initial review
Share the project location and whether it is a renovation, new construction or commercial project. Include the product or system, approximate opening dimensions and quantities, requested supply or installation scope, and target or bid date when available.
Additional details are optional. Rough information is useful; the team will confirm what is needed for the next step. Final dimensions must be confirmed for the project.
02 · Supporting information
Drawings, schedules and photos
Relevant photos, elevations, schedules, drawings or specifications can help explain an opening or commercial scope. Attach up to three PDF, JPG or PNG files with a combined limit of 10 MB, or provide a sharing link.
Attachments are processed temporarily and sent by email to the selected department. They are not published as website downloads. Check sharing-link permissions before sending; file-sharing services have their own access settings and privacy terms.
Share only project-related material. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
03 · Scheduling
How lead times are confirmed
Timing depends on product, dimensions, configuration, finish, glass, quantity, approvals, material availability, installation scope and current production or site schedules. Share your target or bid date; the applicable schedule is confirmed after the project scope is reviewed.

What happens next
- Your enquiry goes to the selected team: Surrey for residential enquiries or Langley Township for commercial enquiries.
- The team reviews the scope and identifies any missing information.
